- Proven record of accomplishment in sales of aircraft, preferably within the private aviation (yachts).
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- Charismatic outgoing personality.
- Creative, “out of the box” thinking capability.
- Determination “to make it happen”. Hunger for success.
- Independence and self-motivation.
- Personal style and ability to hang around in highly sophisticated surroundings.
- High personal confidence.
- Fluent English and Russian is a must.
- Readiness for intensive traveling
- Identify potential customers.
- Building network to communicate with decision makers.
- Developing communication channels to influential individuals and decision makers.
- Establishing lines of communication through BTL marketing activities.
- Pursuing direct interaction with decision makers and establishing working relations with them.
- Identifying clients` needs, building offers and pursuing acceptance of the offer.
- Manage customer negotiations and signing contracts.
- Reporting through the CEM system on a weekly base about action taken during the week, progress with potential customers and change in closing potential.Reporting on weekly base on next week plans.
