  • Proven record of accomplishment in sales of aircraft, preferably within the private aviation (yachts).
  • Excellent negotiating skills.
  • Charismatic outgoing personality.
  • Creative, “out of the box” thinking capability.
  • Determination “to make it happen”. Hunger for success.
  • Independence and self-motivation.
  • Personal style and ability to hang around in highly sophisticated surroundings.
  • High personal confidence.
  • Fluent English and Russian is a must.
  • Readiness for intensive traveling

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify potential customers.
  • Building network  to communicate with decision makers.
  • Developing communication channels to influential individuals and decision makers.
  • Establishing lines of communication through BTL marketing activities.
  • Pursuing direct interaction with decision makers and establishing working relations with them.
  • Identifying clients` needs, building offers and pursuing acceptance of the offer.
  • Manage customer negotiations and signing contracts.
  • Reporting through the CEM system on a weekly base about action taken during the week, progress with potential customers and change in closing potential.Reporting on weekly base on next week plans.
