                                                           Purpose Of The Job
The Sales Executive is responsible for increasing market share and revenues, developing, pursuing and closing new sales opportunities related to the entire portfolio of products and services of company  across  Russia&CIS.

As a representative of the global sales function, the job incumbent will be collaborating closely with Regional Operations and other global functions.

The position reports directly to the GM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Builds and maintains customer relationships with strategic clients in Russia
  • Identifies, develops and closes new strategic sales opportunities
  • Creates demand for the organization’s products and services by raising company’s profile with customers
  • Conducts regular status and strategy meetings with the customer’s senior management to understand their needs and link them to company’s products & services strategies
  • Represents company as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies
  • Ensures compliance with applicable laws, aviation regulations,  and company`s policies.


Required Skills and Knowledge

 •    Good knowledge and network in Commercial Aviation.

  • Deep knowledge of the MRO (components, cabin interiors)
  • Demonstrated business development capabilities
  •  Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous projects simultaneously and drive change.
  • Understanding of process improvement with the ability to lead implementation of change.
  • Adaptable to constant change.
  • Ability to read and write effectively.
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness and demonstrated ability to work in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural environment.

Required Work Experience:
At least 5+ years experience in direct B2B solution/consultative selling experience in Commercial Aviation industry .
